Young People’s Service Team Leader

Justine began working in domestic abuse 18 years ago delivering behaviour change programmes for male perpetrators. She qualified as a Probation Officer in 2006 and has supervised offenders in both youth and adult settings.  As well as running behaviour change programmes, she has delivered training packages and provided clinical supervision for practitioners working with families suffering from domestic abuse and child to adult violence. She has management expertise in several areas including domestic abuse, Youth Justice, and Early Help.

Justine began working with Respect in 2021 taking on the role of Practice Development Lead for the Respect Young People’s Service. Prior to this, she amassed 6 years’ experience of working with the Respect Young People’s Programme and child to adult violence in previous roles.

In her spare time. she enjoys walking and photography.
